If you already know you will want a break from the cold next winter, American has you covered. Beginning in May 2019, travelers can book a seat bound for the Grand Cayman Islands. Depart from Chicago’s O’Hare International Airport and leave the cold and snow behind for a sunny, tropical getaway during the winter. Seasonal flights begin Dec. 22, 2019.
